Everything is server side like always. So everyone see and can interact with your dropped inventory.
We created an icon generator system that create from the in-game prefab every icon in your inventory and for the item stack system. This is really handy since we are only 2 developers and we can't afford losing time on exporting a picture of every item one by one.
Also if one day we allow the player to edit or create his own item this system will be able to create an icon for any item in the game.
